Dude, where's my scene?

So earlier today i wanted to import a custom package which i have done multiple times and when i did a message popped up saying something along the lines of `importing this package will require you to reload your scene`. Thinking this was normal i pressed `reload` after that my entire scene was cleared and all my hard work was gone
I still have the assets but they are no longer in the scene and the scene seemed to be set back to if you had just started. I have worked very hard for about 4 months on this project, if there is anything i can do please let me know; I don't want to lose all my hard work.
