I've come to notice the same issue than someone else had already posted: http://issuetracker.unity3d.com/issues/ispointerovergameobject-takes-the-previous-position-of-the-pointer-instead-of-its-current-position
My game relies heavily on that function to know whether or not the user clicked/tapped on an UI object or not.
Can you guys come up with any workarounds?
